Nine new COVID-19 cases were reported in the state on Monday.
Of the total 163 COVID-19 positive cases, 114 cases are active, while 49 patients have recovered from the disease, the state health minister said.
Of the new cases, six cases were reported from Dimapur quarantine centre, two from Kohima quarantine centre and one from Peren quarantine centre, Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom said.
Of the total 130 COVID-19 cases reported in the state, 22 patients have recovered from the disease.
With a single positive case reported on Wednesday, the total number of COVID-19 cases rose 128.
Of the total 123 cases, 115 cases are active, the state helath minister said. The total recovered cases in the state stood at eight.
Dimapur has so far recorded the highest number of COVID-19 cases with 71, followed by Kohima with 17 positive casses.
State Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom said the new cases are all returnees from Chennai.
All the six new cases are from Dimapur who had returned from Chennai, state Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom said.
Of the new cases, Dimapur reported eight cases while the other three cases were reported from Kohima.

On Monday, three persons who returned from Chennai, Tamil Nadu by a Shramik Special Train tested positive for the virus.
Of the three cases, two are from Dimapur and one from Kohima. All of them returned to the state from Chennai.
