Sports Snippets: Eight senior women players from Manipur to attend AIFF camp

The coaching camp of the National Senior's Team will be held at Pune, Maharashtra from June 13-19.

The All India Football Federation has selected eight senior women footballers from Manipur to attend coaching camp of the National Senior's Team to be held at Pune, Maharashtra from June 13-19.

The players are M Linthoingambi Devi, Ng Sweety Devi, Grace Dangmei, S Ranjan Chanu, Ratanbala Devi Nongmaithem, Priyangka Devi Naorem, Kashmina and Martina Thokchom. The camp will be followed by friendly matches in Sweden from June 20-29, 2022.

Hero 2nd Division League: The All Manipur Football Association has invited applications from top teams of 14th Manipur State League 2021-22 to nominate for the Hero 2nd Division League 2022-23. Clubs must submit their application on or before June 20, 2022 to AMFA office and nomination guidelines can be collected from the office as well.

Hoineihat in Manipur squad: YWC(L) player Hoineihat will represent Manipur Junior Girls Football team, replacing Hemam Linthoi Devi of KRYPSA as the latter has been called up for Indian Coaching Camp for U-17 Women's World Cup.

Hoineihat shall report to Manager and Coach of the Manipur team at Artificial Turf, Lamlong Thongkhong tomorrow where the team is preparing for the Hero Junior(U-17) Women's National Football Championship 2022 to be held at Guwahati from June 15.
