The Department of Sports, Manipur University has selected 12 players for the East Zone Inter University Basketball (Men) Tournament 2023-24 to be held at VBS Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, UP from December 16-20, 2023.  

The players are Uttamkumar Lousigam, Lhousivisif Mayase, Seenhen Pukhrambam of Manipur University, Shivanda Lourembam, David Thongam of MIT Takyel, Doif Kongjengbam, Th. Bisman, Kiyamba Thiyam of Imphal College, Janus Khan, Vaskar S of Standard College, L. Nikash of NG College and A. Lenin Singh of KP College.

The MU had put Nawang Laitonjam of Standard College in the reserve list. All players are to report at Dr Kamal Indoor Stadium on Friday at 11 am.
