MPA Thounaojam posted 1 wicket wins over YUCC Kwakeithel Moirangpurel in the 3rd MNCA U-16 Boys Naorem Rajningthou Memorial Trophy 2021-22 played at ABA Ground, Khetrigao.
Winning the toss, YUCC took to the crease and managed a paltry 82 runs for 10 wickets from 14.1 overs. Ningthoujam Rahulkumar scored 41 runs, containing seven four's and one six for the victory. MPA bowler Lanchenba Thounaojam was the most successful one claiming 4 wickets for 20 runs from 4 overs and was declared the Man of the Match.
In reply, MPA Thounaojam reached the target in 17.4 overs for the loss of 9 wickets. Elangbam Rohit contributed 21 runs while Th.Ruman got 16 runs for his team victory.
