In a low scoring match, Shadow made 55 runs from 19 overs after winning the toss and opting to bat first. Kh Dennis scored double figures with 14 runs. Oscar bowler Rinku Kangujam proved a nuisance for the Shadow batsmen as he claimed 6 wickets for 10 runs from 5 overs.

In reply, Oscar Paona Bazar reached the target in 10 overs losing two wickets in the process. Rinku Kangujam remained not out with 29 runs from 25 balls and was later adjudged Man of the Match.
