Arunachal Pradesh, after winning the toss, opted to bat first, where they managed to get 131 runs for 7 wickets from 20 overs. Opener Obi made 34 runs while Aayush Awasthi contributed 31 runs; Yadav remained not out with 21 runs.
Ajay Singh was the most successful bowler for Manipur, grabbing 4 wickets for 19 runs from 4 overs while Rk Rex took 2 wickets for 28 runs from 4 overs.
Chasing the target, Manipur batsman had a feasting time with opener B Rahman striking a well-made 61 runs off 53 balls while Priyojit K got 24 runs from 16 balls. Johnson, with 20 runs, and Prafullomani, with 14 runs, remained not out to reach the target in 16.3 overs for 2 wickets.
