EEO Lamding held on Yairipok FC by 1-1 to share a point each in the 1st Maipakpi Memorial Trophy 2022 Nine A Side State Level Men's Open Football Tournament played at City Club Playground, Heirok.
Delson Singh opened the goal account for Yairipok FC in the 19th minute of play while Govin Singh came up with the equaliser for EEO Lamding in the 54th minute to share a point each.
Despite the drawn result, both teams made it to the last 16 stages of the tournament.
The other teams who made it to the pre-quarter final are Heirok FC, Thoubal FC, KMY FC Kiyamgei, Bolero FC, KRC Thoubal, Brothers FC, AMLDA Arapti, Kabi Tingchoi FC, NESA FC, DLC Heirok, Royal FC Andro, Referees XI, WY FC Wangjing and Apunba FC.
Bishnupur League: UFC beat UKCCL by 2-0 goals in the 1st L Itomcha Singh Memorial First Division Football League 2022-23 played at Mini Stadium, Bishnupur.
L Denny and Gaipuchun fetched the winning goals for the UFC team.
As for the other match, KYVO and SWC Khupham drubbed KYVO Kwasiphai by 5-0 goals with N Supreme scoring all five goals.
MNCA Clubs renewal and Players Transfer 2022-23The Manipur Cricket Association has informed its affiliated Clubs/DCA that the renewal and players transfer for MNCA Domestic Season 2022-23 will begin from September 21.
The Clubs/DCA Renewal will begin from September 21-22, 2022 from 10 am to 3 pm while Players Transfer will start from September 23-24 at the same timing at Luwangpokpa Cricket Stadium, Luwangsangbam.
The Clubs Renewal fee for Elite is Rs 1,500 while for Super Plate is Rs 1,300 and Clubs Renewal fee for Plate is Rs 1,000. The DCA Renewal Fee is Rs 1,000 and Player Transfer Fee is Rs 2,000.
