The Welfare Association for the Blind, Manipur (WABM) has notified to all the concerned individuals with vision impairment residing in the state that WABM will be opening a special relief camp at its premises in Takyel SAI Road, Imphal.

The notice on Friday informed that the relief camp will be opened exclusively for people with vision impairment, those who have been affected by the current situation.
