Association For the Promotion of Meritorious Students of Chingmeirong (APMSC) organised the 31st Annual Prize Distribution Function of Meritorious Students, Artist, Sports and Young Entrepreneur of Chingmeirong 2023 on Sunday.
The programme was held at Thangjam Birchandra Maipakpi community hall, Chingmeirong mamang leikai.
Dr Th Dhabali, as chief guest of the function, said it is not possible to get a white collar job for each educated youth. Youths need to get self employed by utilising their skills as it will also help to increase the state economy.
Associate professor Dental College, RIMS and president APMSC, Sinam Subhaschandra Singh said students need to stay mentally and physically fit. Without the contribution of students it will be hard to become a healthy society.
Founder and principal, Paradise English School, Thoubal Ningombam Ranjit Singh; assistant professor Department of Plastic Surgery, RIMS Dr Pebam Manisana Singh and Retired government Arts Graduate Teacher Haobam (o) Konsam Sundari Devi attended the function as guests of honour.
