The Manipur Police department has constituted a medical board to conduct medical fitness examination from November 15 to 17 in respect of 200 candidates who were recommended for appointment to the post of police constable (Male Civil) in Manipur Police department.
Director general of police Manipur L M Khaute issued an order on Monday, stating that the medical board will sit at 1 MR Unit Hospital, Imphal and the medical fitness of the candidates will be conducted from 10 am.
The DGP also instructed the board to submit its report to PHO on a daily basis and the candidates to report to the medical board at 1 MR Unit Hospital, Imphal along with two passport size photographs, educational qualification certificates and blood group certificates from a government recognised hospital clinic.
The order stated that all the selected candidates should wear face masks and keep social distance during the examination.
Meanwhile inspector general of police (adm) L K Muivah issued a notification on Monday, stating that the collection and submission of attestation forms for police verification in respect of all the candidates from the waiting list selected for appointment to the post of police constable (Male/Civil), 2013 in the Manipur Police department will be held at Drill Shed, 1st MR, Imphal on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 3 pm.
Muivah notified that duly filled in attestation forms along with relevant documents should be submitted at Drill Shed by November 11.
The notification also stated the candidates who are selected should report at 1st MR along with relevant documents.
The candidates are further informed to wear a face mask and maintain social distancing norms while collecting and submitting the said forms/documents, it added.
