The Manipur Democratic Alliance (MDA) on Friday resolved a three-point charter of demands including immediate implementation of population commission, implementation of National Register of Citizen (NRC) and others to bring peace, harmony and to bring a united Manipur.

MDA convenor M Tombi told the media while flagging off relief materials at state head office of Shiv Sena Manipur State Unit located at Babupara.

A meeting was held among the political parties of MDA, during which a three-point charter of demands was resolved. The demand included proper implementation of MLRLR Act, 1960; immediate implementation of National Register of Citizen (NRC) and proper implementation of population commission.

Those 10 MLAs who are demanding for a separate administration should make their demand outside the state, and they should not try to harm the territorial integrity of Manipur. It is said that the relief materials will be distributed to the relief camps along Pangei.
