Manipur government orders transfer, posting of five police officers

The transfers order was issued by state chief secretary J Suresh Babu on Tuesday.

The Manipur government on Tuesday ordered transfer and posting of five police officers with immediate effect.

As per an order issued by state chief secretary J Suresh Babu, B Golianmang, who is currently posted as CO/1-IRB has been transferred as CO/11-IRB. W Singhajeet, who is posted as CO in charge of 11G(VA) has been transferred as AD in charge of MPTC.

Present deputy secretary (home) and SP in charge of SIT, Rashini Yengkhom has been given additional charge of security officer, Manipur secretariat. Sharon Lalsangmawi, who is posted as Dy CO/8-IRB has been transferred as AD in charge of MPTC.

Additional SP (law and order), Kakching district, Lungkhomang Khongsai has been transferred as Dy CO/1-IRB to look after the battalion as CO, informed the government order.
