Meira Paibis of Nungoi, Lamlai assembly constituency said the people of the assembly constituency received ration distributed under NFSA and AAY only for March.
One meirapaibi, KshongbiRomi told the media at community hall of Nungoi, Imphal East on Thursday that in some local papers, general secretary of BJP Lamlai Mandal, Moirangthem Rajen had expressed that rations under NFSA and AAY are being distributed continuously from January to May.
She said that if the ration is distributed from January to May, then he should clarify for which locality the ration was distributed.
The people of Lamlai assembly constituency have proof that they received ration for March only.
She appealed to the authorities concerned to find out the rice which has already been distributed but did not reach the public.
