The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed Laishram Nando Singh as the state chairman of Kishan Congress, Manipur.

The appointment order was issued by the AICC general secretary (organisation) with the approval of Congress chief Malikarjun Kharge.

Meanwhile, the Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee on Wednesday felicitated the newly appointed state chairman at Congress Bhawan in Imphal.
