The villagers of Kangchup Chiru on Tuesday gathered at Hangoi Pat, fearing the attack by Kuki militants who have invaded their village and are attacking the villagers at Phayeng.

According to sources, the locals of the Kangchup Chiru village have gathered at Hangoi Pat in fear of the attack of the Kuki militants who have invaded their village and are frequently attacking the villagers of Phayeng. Some women and children of Chiru village had been seeking refuge at Phayeng, it added.

Hangoi Pat is located 600 meters away from Kangchup Chiru village towards Phayeng.
