Deben said that due to some misunderstanding between clinical staff and patient care staff, an unwanted incident occurred in the hospital. To solve the misunderstanding, the JNIMS society has urged the authorities concerned for round the clock duty with shifting methods among the staff, he added.

The JNIMS director said frequent meetings will be conducted with the clinical staff and patient care staff in order to correct a mistake if occurred while treating a patient so that best treatment could be given to the patients.

Deben said a government doctor can do private practices at private healthcare units, however, the doctor is not allowed to take an allowance fee. So, he appealed to the doctors that if they desire to undertake private practice then the best solution is to resign from the government service.
