The Hill Tribal Council (HTC) on Monday observed its 37th Foundation day at the HTC conference Hall, Moreh along with several Kuki CSOs and NGOs of Moreh in the presence of advisors of Hill Tribal Council former minister Onjamang Haokip and principal of Moreh college Lunjapao Vaiphei.
The event commenced with the keynote address by Hill Tribal Council president Victor Limthang Touthang, followed by Onjamang Haokip’s speech on the journey and contributions of HTC to the society.
As a part of the event, the gathering observed a one-minute of silence in honour of the departed souls.
The event was also attended by ADC Chandel former chairman Lhukhosei Zou; ADC Chandel former member Chinneivah Haokip; leaders of Kuki Chief Association, Tengnoupal; Kuki Chief Association, Moreh Block; Kuki Students Organisation; Moreh Youth Club; Kuki Kkanglai Loumpi; Kuki Women Union and Human Rights; Kuki Cultural Society Moreh and Moreh Pastor Fellowship.
