DS Enterprises of Keishanthong, Imphal and KSO, Churachandpur on Thursday donated food items at Sangga Muon In, an orphanage home, located at Bizang where they also handed out cash support for the home which is being run by the Kuki Women's Union.
On the occasion, the proprietor of DS Enterprises, Herojit Singh, handed over food items like rice, sugar, potato, cooking oil, etc. and a cash of Rs 10,000. He assured that the DS Enterprises will sponsor the education expenses of the inmates of the orphanage home from 2023 to those who passed Class X.
Herojit Singh said they had been organising Mela with KSO for many years now where they make it a point to contribute their profit to institutions like Orphanage Homes. He expressed his pleasure to be able to contribute to the needy and promised that the DS Enterprises will always be there for the Sangga Muon In if they are approached.
Director of Sangga Muon In Lhingnu expressed her gratitude to DS Enterprises and KSO for the help rendered to them stating that KSO Churachandpur has been constantly helping them in the past.
