The Manipur government on Friday issued an order for the transfer and posting of several IAS, MCS SDC and MSS officers with immediate effect and until further orders in public Interest.
As per the order issued by the governor on Friday, MH Khan presently posted as Additional Chief secretary (Forest, Environment and Climate Change/Relief & DM/RD&PR/AR) & DG/SAT and OSD Manipur Bhawan, Delhi in addition has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary (TA & Hills/Forest, Environment & Climate Change/ Relief & DM/RD&PR/AR) & DG/SAT and OSD Manipur Bhawan, Delhi in addition.
While, Commissioner-cum-Secretary Thaithuilung Pamei, IAS, has been posted as Commissioner-cum-Secretary (Sericulture). The governor’s order also said that Dr Shailesh Kumar Chourasia, IAS, presently posted as Commissioner-cum-secretary (Sericulture/Power) and member secretary (MANIREDA) and Officer-In-Charge, Public Grievances Redressal and Anti-Corruption Cell, Chief Minister’s Office in addition has now been posted as Commissioner-Cum-Secretary (Power) and Member Secretary (MANIREDA) and Officer-In-Charge, Public Grievances Redressal and Anti-Corruption Cell, Chief Minister’s Office in addition.
N Bandana Devi IAS presently posted as Special Secretary (Transport/Edn-S) & Director(MSAUD) & SMD/MSRLM in addition has been posted as Special Secretary (Edn-S) & Director(MSAUD) & SMD/MSRLM in addition; Joint Secretary (TA & Hills/Planning) Krishna Kumar, IAS (RR:2017) has been posted as Joint Secretary (TA & Hills/Planning/Health & FW); Laishram Delina Devi, MCS presently posted as Joint Director/Manipur State Transport has been posted as Joint Secretary (CADA/MI/Agriculture) ; LH Ngathingshim, MCS presently posted as Deputy Secretary (Horti & S.C/Agriculture/Sc & Tech) has been posted as Joint Director/Manipur State Transport & i/c Deputy Director (Transport).
It also said that Md. Firoj Khan, MCS presently posted as ADC/Chandel & PD/DRDA Chandel in addition has been posted as ADC/Chandel & PD/DRDA Chandel & i/c SDO/BDO, Chakpikarong in addition; Deputy Secretary (Transport) & OSD Transport & Addl Director (TA & Hills) in addition ST Rithung Anal, MCS has been posted as Deputy Secretary (Transport/TA & Hills); Deputy Secretary (PHED/SLEE) & Sr. A.O./Arts & Culture & AO/MSFTI in addition, Neena Sarangthem, MCS has been posted as Deputy Secretary (PHED/SLEE); Chunglenmang Kipgen MCS presently posted as ADC/Ukhrul & PD/DRDA, Ukhrul has been posted as Sr. A.O (Com. & Ind.) & attached to DC/ Kangpokpi.

The order also mentioned that Chirom Somorendro Singh, MCS presently posted as SDO/BDO, Chakpikarong has been posted as SDO/Moirang & BDO/Moirang in addition; SDO/BDO, Saikul, Lunminthang Haokip, MCS has been posted as AC to DC, Churachandpur; Md. Ziaur Rahman, MCS presently posted as SDO/Moirang & BDO/Moirang in addition has been posted as AC to DC, Thoubal and attached to State Election Commission in addition; Kaigoulal Kipgen, MCS presently posted as SDO/BDO, Kangvai & SDO/BDO, Henglep in addition has been posted as SDO/BDO, Saikul; Angom Shijalembi Chanu, MCS, presently posted as SDO/ Lilong has been posted as i/c Sr. A.0./Arts & Culture & AO/MSFTI in addition.
It also said that Lukram Herojit Singh, MCS presently posted as SDO/BDO, Khengjoy & BDO, Khangbarol in addition has been posted as Under Secretary (IPR) & i/c Controller/Manipur University of Culture; Md. Ejaj Hassan, MCS presently posted as AC to DC, Bishnupur & attached to State Election Commission has now been posted as SDO/BDO, Moreh; Newly appointed (Attached to DC/Imphal West) Loktongbam Leander, MCS has been posted as SDO/Patsoi & BDO/Patsoi in addition; Newly appointed (Attached to DC/Imphal West) Julia Khuraijam has been posted as SDO/Lilong.
The order further stated that newly appointed Khwairakpam Tompok Singh MCS has been posted as AC to DC, Bishnupur; Mohd Nazmul Huda Khan, MCS presently posted as SDO/BDO, Tengnoupal & MCS SDO/BDO Moreh in addition has been posted as SDO/BDO, Tengnoupal; Newly Appointed Mohd. Gayasuddin Khan, SDC has been posted as SDC/Khengjoy & i/c SDO/BDO, Khengjoy & i/c BDO Khangbarol in addition and newly appointed Maibam Gautam Singh, MCS has been posted as Section Officer (Land Resources/Cabinet).
