Former deputy chairman of Autonomous District Council, Churachandpur, Genneikhup Vaiphei on Monday declared his candidature for the upcoming 12th Manipur Assembly Election from Henglep assembly constituency as a Janata Dal (United) candidate, bringing the number of the party's candidate from Churachandpur to two.
