The Federation of Civil Society Organisations, (FOCS) Manipur, has condoled the untimely demise of veteran journalist Kangujam Modhumangol, who passed away on Friday.

FOCS president Th Manihar presided over the condolence ceremony held on Sunday afternoon at FOCS office in Wangkhei Ningthem Pukhri Mapal, Imphal East District. A two-minute silence was observed in memory of the departed soul.

In a press release, FOCS remembered Modhumangol for the major roles taken by him in the field of media. FOCS also shared their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
