Financial aid to fire victim

LMG stated that Wangmayum Boboy’s house was burnt to ashes by a fire suspected to have started from an electric short circuit on Tuesday midnight.

Financial aid and food items were provided to one fire victim of Mayang Imphal Bengool Ngaram, whose house was burnt down, by members of the Like Minded Group (LMG), Manipur on Wednesday.

LMG stated that Wangmayum Boboy’s house was burnt to ashes by a fire suspected to have started from an electric short circuit on Tuesday midnight. No human casualty occurred as Boboy, his wife and their only child were staying at the maternal home of Boboy’s wife for Eid festival, it added.

The LMG team led by secretary Sorokhaibam Ojit along with other members including Keke Wahengbam, Maibam Eteen, Surendro Ningombam, Boinao Maibam, Manikanta Mutum, Sobita Maibam and Birla Salam donated financial aid of Rs 10,000 to Boboy, it mentioned.

LMG appealed to the people of Manipur to help one another. Boboy and his family members extended appreciation to LMG, it added.
