Donation continues to pour in for treatment of Manipur violence victims

Donation continued to pour in for the treatment of those who were injured in the recent violence in Manipur.

Raj Medicity hospital in Imphal received a donation of Rs 40,000 and 10,000 from Utlou locals and W Basanta Singh, MD, Tile Valley on Tuesday.

On July 1, Raj Medicity received a donation of Rs 15,000 from the Manipur Sahitya Parishad Assam (MSPA), Hojai District Committee, Assam, coming in response to the ongoing violence in Manipur which has caused numerous injuries and casualties.

In a release, Raj Medicity said Haobijam Rajen Singh, Chairman & Managing Director of Raj Medicity, while receiving the donation, acknowledged the efforts made by MSPA and thanked the association for their generosity.
The release also stated that Raj Medicity extends its heartfelt gratitude to the donors for their kind and generous donation, which will go a long way in saving lives and helping those in need.

The hospital remains committed to providing the best possible treatment to all violence-affected patients and will continue to work towards achieving this goal with the help and support of its well-wishers, the release added.
