The All Tribal Rights’ Protection Forum Manipur (ATRPFM) on Tuesday appealed to Chief Minister N Biren Singh to release the salaries and other pending bills before Christmas 2021.
A statement by ATRPFM stated that Christmas and New Year is the most prominent festival all over the world regardless of the religions.

“The celebration necessarily involves huge financial expenditures for transportation, clothing, sweet and special meals,” it added.
Asserting that the time for shopping and arranging the necessities is running late, with the approach of the festivities, ATRPFM requested N Biren to release the pending salaries, pensions and bills at the earliest.
