CM Biren inaugurates Block Health Mela and Telemedicine

CM’s-Health For All and CMHT will be intensified to ensure maximum reach among the people of the state, Manipur CM N Biren Singh said.

Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh on Friday inaugurated the Block Health Mela and Telemedicine at Ayushman Bharat-Health and Wellness Centre (HWC) during a programme held at N Tomchou Public Ground, Mayang Imphal as part of the 100 days action plan of the new government.

Inaugurating the Block Health Mela and Telemedicine, CM Biren expressed hope that the initiative will benefit the people of Mayang Imphal. 

"Providing comprehensive primary healthcare that focuses on wellness and free delivery of services to people, closer to their community is the vision of our Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji. I believe that the initiative will benefit the people of Mayang Imphal to a great extent," the Manipur chief minister tweeted.

CM Biren also informed that health mela across 70 blocks will be organised in the entire state as a part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and the 4th anniversary of Ayushman Bharat. CM’s-Health For All and CMHT will be intensified to ensure maximum reach among the people of the state, the chief minister said in another tweet.

"As part of #AzadikaAmritMahotsav and  the 4th anniversary of Ayushman Bharat, the state will organise health mela across 70 blocks in the entire state. Also, initiatives like CM’s-Health For All and CMHT will be intensified to ensure maximum reach among the people of the state," CM Biren tweeted.
