General secretary of KAMA, Ranjita Golmei, told reporters at its office located at Paona Bazar on Friday said, “Mark does not have any knowledge of Manipur history for he is not a Manipuri”.
Golmei on behalf of the civil bodies lauded Chief Minister N Biren Singh for taking swift action.
She said such a person should be given the harshest punishment, “If the government let him free then in future, he could also criticise Hijam Irabot and Bir Tikendrajit as criminal”, added Golmei.
The KAMA general secretary warned that the civil bodies would be compelled to take different forms of agitation if the government fails to take befitting action against Mark.
