The American Oncology Institute at Babina Specialty Hospital, Khabeisoi in Imphal East has been awarded “Certificate of Appreciation of Superspecialist Healthcare Institute In Oncology”. The award was presented at the Northeast Healthcare Summit 2023 held on April 28, 2023 at Hotel Radison Blue in Guwahati, American Oncology Institute marketing head Gopen Tongbram said in a statement.

The award was received by Aditya Singh, facility director, American Oncology Institute. Singh said the Superspecialist Oncology hospital is providing world-class services for the treatment of Cancer with its advanced machineries.

Manipur Health Minister Sapam Ranjan presided over the Northeast Healthcare summit as chief guest. Addressing the summit, the minister spoke on the advancement of healthcare in cancer treatment in Northeast India in which Manipur is providing the best advanced facilities.
