The last constituted caretaker chairman of the Autonomous District Council of Manipur took charge as the chairman of ADCC subsequent to the order issued by the deputy secretary (TA and Hills) RA Ransing on March 14.

In the felicitation event held at the ADCC chairman chamber, Khaipau who was the last incumbent caretaker chairman in the Autonomous District Council, Manipur took charge as the Autonomous District Council, Churachandpur (ADCC) chairman.
