1,35,124 people recovered from COVID-19 in Manipur

The cumulative number of people who have been vaccinated in the state with the first dose is 61.95 per cent and for the second dose is 53.0 per cent so far.

Manipur on Friday reported zero new COVID-19 case and zero death cases confining the state's total positive cases at 1,37,251 and death toll at 2,120, official sources said. 

According to the latest update by the state health department, the state also recorded zero new COVID-19 recovery. The number of recovered cases remained at 1,35,124 and the recovery rate is 98.45 per cent.

Manipur has seven COVID-19 active cases, according to a release issued by the state COVID-19 Common Control Room.

A total of 44 COVID-19 tests were conducted in Manipur on Friday. Manipur has so far conducted 16,14,342 COVID-19 tests.

Meanwhile, a total of 94 oxygen cylinders and 20 B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health institutions and health facilities of Manipur as of June 23.

As per the latest update, the total number of people who have been administered the vaccine has reached 29,48,705 (first dose: 15,88,843 second dose: 12,53,768 precautionary dose: 1,06,094).

The cumulative number of people who have been vaccinated in the state with the first dose is 61.95 per cent and for the second dose is 53.0 per cent, it mentioned.
