A total of 11 more new cases pushed Manipur's COVID-19 positivity rate to 2.3 per cent and its confirmed caseload reached 1,39,620, while the death toll remained 2,145 with no reports of deaths as of Monday, official sources said.
Of the new cases reported from the general population, Churachandpur reported four positive cases and Bishnupur two, while Imphal East, Imphal West, Thoubal and Noney districts reported one each, as per the latest update.
All necessary medical precautionary measures like containment and contact tracing were taken up, a release stated.
The cumulative number of recovered cases is 1,37,373. The number of active cases is 102 and recovery rate is 98.39 per cent.
