A total of 1,72,30,955 people have so far recieved preacution dose of COVID-19 vaccine in India, according to the Union Health Ministry.
As of Sunday, among the healthcare workers, Covid precaution dose has been administered to 38,78,308 HCW in the country.

As many as 53,58,037 frontline workers (FLW) in the country have also been administered the precaution dose of the Covid vaccine.
Among 60 years and above population in the country, 79,94,610 total beneficiaries have recieved the precaution vaccine as of Sunday.
Meanwhile, till 7 am Sunday, India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage exceeded 172.81 Cr (1,72,81,49,447) as per provisional reports of the Health Ministry, while 44,877 more postive cases were reported in the country.
