Writer Kshetrimayum Joykumar released his seventh book, ‘Ei Mangkhre Eingondagi’ published by his wife N Bilashini and two daughters at the multipurpose hall of Kha Manipur College, Kakching on Friday.
The event was attended by vice chancellor of DM University Nongmaithem Rajmuhon Singh as the chief guest; principal of Kha Manipur College, Kakching Mayanglambam Sanaton as the president; and president of Writer’s Association Kakching Naorem Ibotombi, president of Sahitya Seva Samiti Kakching Kengba Yengkhom, and president of Macha Chanu Kakching Nongmaithem Pramodini as the guests of honour.
The book written by associate professor of Kha Manipur College, Kakching and coordinator of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) Kshetrimayum Joykumar, contain poems and short stories, including ‘Lukhrabi sing gi Khungang’ (2009); ‘Ningai Nongju’ (2011); ‘Eeman Khongpak’ (2012) ‘Mannaba Wari macha sing’ (2012); ‘Khongchat amadi Mang’ (2014); ‘Echasa Emousa Chak si Lamme- da’ (2014); and ‘Turel na Enak ta Yourakpa’ (2016).
