The health condition of the National Socialist Council of Nagalim (Isak-Muivah) general secretary Thuingaleng Muivah is stable, sources said.
The NSCN (I-M) was admitted to the Christian Institute of Health Sciences and Research (CIHSR) in Dimapur on Saturday evening, two days after he tested COVID-19 positive.
Th Muivah was advised admission to the hospital for observation after he was brought to the hospital for a check up. The NSCN (I-M) is responding well to treatment and vital parameters are stable, the sources added.
As per an update from the MIP of NSCN (I-M), the oxygen level of Th Muivah has been stabilised and is undergoing medical tests, including blood test and CT Scan.
Appealing all to avoid going for wild speculation, the MIP stated, "Your prayers are more important than anything else at this juncture."
"Latest health conditions of Ato Kilonser Th. Muivah is stable now as per doctors monitoring his health. His oxygen level is also stable at 96% and stabilised. He has history of throat irritation and is being taken care of. To be on safer side he is undergoing medical tests like blood test and CT Scan. He is on constant observation by specialist doctors. Our Health Kilonser is also on the spot monitoring the development and the treatment being given. Please stay calm and avoid going for wild speculation and uploading in Social media. Your prayers are more important than anything else at this juncture.
