Essential items distributed on Rahul Gandhi's birth anniversary
The AICC provided assistance to the local club volunteers in honour of their dedication for society in fighting COVID-19.

In connection with the birth anniversary of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) vice-president, Rahul Gandhi and concerning the prevailing situation of pandemic, essential medical and ration items were distributed to the local club volunteers of Top Chingtha, Yairipok on Sunday.

The distribution was made by social worker Keisham Ningthemjao, who is also a co-opted member of MPCC, in collaboration with the task force of Laimanai Youth Youth Club, Yairipok.

Ningthemjao told the media over a video clip that the assistance is given to the local club volunteers in honour of their dedication for the society in fighting COVID-19. He also said that the fight against COVID-19 needs initiatives from the public by following strict SOPs.

Manipur Pradesh Youth Congress Committee president Mahananda Nungleppam also attended the programme.
