A combined team of 15 Assam Rifle and District Police Commando, Imphal East on Tuesday evening arrested one active cadre of a proscribed underground organisation namely, Lisham Dayananda Meitei alias Kaocha ,35, son of L Inao Meitei, resident of Khongman Zone-III, Lisham Leirak, Imphal East from tri junction of Wangkhei Hijam Leikai. A case has been registered at Porompat Police Station for further investigation.
