KMSWC and SFC share points, AIFA wins big in Kakching 1st Division Football League
The match reached its zenith as KMSWC doubled up their efforts and got rewarded when Md Samir found the opening goal in the 34th minute to trail the first half by 1-2 goals.

KMSWC Keirak held on SFC Sugnu by 2-2 goals in the 18th Kishorekumar Memorial 1st Division Football League 2021 organised by DSA Kakching at its ground on Wednesday.

The SFC team started as strong favourites of the day as they made multitudes of raids and got the breakthrough when Y Maniyaima struck in the 24th minute for the lead and he went on to consolidate the scoreline, finding the second goal in the 32nd minute to dominate the match.

The match reached its zenith as KMSWC doubled up their efforts and got rewarded when Md Samir found the opening goal in the 34th minute to trail the first half by 1-2 goals.

Resuming second half, there was no let up in KMSWC attack and it was once again Md Samir who fetched the equalising goal in the 57th minute to level 2-2 goals as no further goals came till the final whistle, to share a point each.

In the second match, AIFA Irengband beat KTC Kakching by 3-0 goals to claim full point. AIFA proved their solid strength in the match and the frequent attack led to a bonus goal when M Sachin conceded an own goal to give AIFA the lead in the 10th minute of play.

The second half belonged to AIFA with Somendro Singh, proving his mettle, banging home two quick goals in 62nd and 77th minute for the victory today.

AIFA players Mahesh, Amarjit and KTC player Shreekanth, Zidane got a yellow card in the match.
