Online singing competition begins with Advent Christmas
The state level online singing competition ‘Voice of Christmassia’ Season 1 began on Sunday with celebration of Advent Christmas at the Manipur Baptist Convention, Imphal.

State-level online singing competition ‘Voice of Christmassia’ Season 1 began on Sunday with celebration of Advent Christmas at Manipur Baptist Convention.

Organised by The Indigenous Foundation (TIF), member of parliament (inner) RK Ranjan Singh, Minister of Tribal Affairs and Hills Vungzagin Valte and MLA of 45 Chingai assembly constituency Khasim Vashum and leaders of other civil voluntary organisations participated in the function.

Executive director TIF, AC Raising told media that the online singing competition is being organised to set the mood of Christmas to the people since Christmas gatherings will not be possible due to the pandemic.

He also said the competition is also an attempt to explore hidden talents in the state and 25 applicants have been selected for the competition.
