The Khelen Thokchom Trust (KTT) will be observing its annual event ‘Remembering Khelen Thokchom,’ on the 60th birth anniversary of the late journalist on October 27 at Manipur Press Club, Majorkhul in Imphal.

The KTT stated in a release that the three media fellows of the first and second Khelen Thokchom Trust Media Fellowship Programme 2018-19 and 2019-20 will share their journalistic experiences in exploring the news stories based on the given topics during the observation.
The name of the selected applicant for the third Khelen Thokchom Trust Media Fellowship Programme 2020-21 will also be announced on the occasion, it added.

The trust which was constituted in the loving memory of the late journalist, to promote excellence in journalism in the region, will organise the event as per the existing guidelines of Covid-19 pandemic, the release added.
