Demand for immediate revocation of suspension order of Th Babu

The Non-teaching Employees Welfare Association (NTEWA), RIMS submitted a memorandum to the director of RIMS on Monday, demanding immediate revocation of suspension order of Th Babu who is the secretary of the association.

The association in its memorandum further demanded complete extension of services for the remaining contract employees by Wednesday.

On failure to fulfil the demand, the association will take a two-day mass casual leave from August 13, it mentioned.

However, those employees who are working at COVID-19 patient care duty, hospital duty, emergency duty and hostel duty will be exempted from the two-day mass casual leave, it added.
