In an operation launched against a drug syndicate, the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence seized 807.18 grams of heroin contained in 65 soap cases on April 5 and arrested three persons in connection with it in Guwahati.
The confiscated drugs are estimated to be worth approximately Rs 14.46 in the local market and Rs 144.6 lakh in the international market.
