Assam continues to report the highest number of COVID-10 active caseload with 2,722 positive cases, according to the Union Health Ministry.
Nagaland's COVID-19 caseload remained unchanged at 35,930, while its death toll inched up to 780.

Nagaland has recorded 1,384 postive cases of COVID-19 till date.
The COVID-19 status update from Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom said that 24 cases of COVID-19 were reported from Kohima on Tuesday, 20 from Peren, three from Dimapur, two from Longleng and one each from Zunheboto and Mokokchung.
Of the new confirmed cases reported on Monday, 60 patients are from the state's commercial hub Dimapur while seven belong to Mon district and four others are from Kohima.
Of the total 578 positive case, active cases and recovery cases are 350 and 228 respectively while there has been no report of COVID-19 death case so far.
Twelve more people tested positive for COVID-19 in the state on Saturday.
Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom said efforts to avail all basic medical requirements will continue to usher in the best service.
The state government plans to test 820 samples for coronavirus per day.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in Nagaland stands at 43 since Sunday.
