SC stays FIR against Congress MLA Meghachandra for threatening to suspend policeman

K Meghachandra filed a special leave petition before the apex court in November 2021 for quashing the FIR case which was registered at the Thoubal Dam police station and is also pending before the Special MP/MLA Court at Lamphelpat, Imphal.
