X-Polo Club, Wangkhei outrides Manipur Police Sports Club (C) by 7-0 goals to lift the Champion title of the 37th Men's State Level Polo Tournament 2022 organised by All Manipur Polo Association at Iroisemba Kangjeibung, Imphal West.

The X-Polo Club riders produce excellent gallops as well make precision strikes to the target as compared to the Policemen who failed to make proper connection of the mallet, shooting wide of the goal post all the time. The presence of experienced hands like Jawan Singh and Bimol Singh in the Police rank, failed to guard their rear well.

The young rider of X-Polo Club found the going to their liking as they came up with the opening goal from Th.Jacob and later Leishemba Takhellambam pushed home the second goal in the first chukker.

Making a better gallop with fearless zeal, X-Polo Club consolidated their position with L.Atangba making another strike to bring up the third goal in the second chukker to post 3-0 goals in the half time.

The MPSC riders had to struggle hard in the game as many of their hard earned runs with the ball to the goalmouth were easily disposed of by X-Polo riders, bringing more commotion to the MPSC team.

However X-Polo Club with better reign, made more strikes with Th Jacob fetching the fourth goal and L Atangba showed his prowess shooting home the fifth goal in the third chukker.
