YDC Khoirom thrashed RPU Papal by 12-0 goals in the opening match of the L(L) Memcha Memorial Super Division Football League 2022-23 organised by DFA Thoubal at Kodompokpi Sports Complex, Thoubal.

The match proved to be a one-sided match as YDC scored at regular intervals with Kh Birjit Singh striking five goals while M Kishan and S Gobinchandra fetched three goals each. RPU player N Surjit conceded an own goal in the second half. RPU player T Bipin got a yellow card in the match.

In Thursday's matches, DUC will take on ASSA Sangaiyumpham while HKKSA will face SYDA in the second match.
