With the completion of the quarter final matches, the semi final lineup has been finalised with WAFA Wangoi taking on SSU Singjamei on February 22 and the second semi final between Neroca Football Academy, Imphal East and ESU Wangkhei on February 23 at 1.30 pm.

KLASA Bishnupur as usual started the onslaught early, taking its opponent by element of surprise, when Gaipuilan came up with the game changing goal in the 15th minute of the play to enjoy the lead.

However, ESU reworked their strategy in the second half and the gamble paid off when Naoba Singh, hoodwinked the defence line to push home the equaliser in the 70th minute. Picking up pace on the flanks, ESU made further inroads when Rajdhan picked up the second goal in the 78th minute to have a larger say in the match.

Just before the final whistle of the injury time, ESU sprang up surprises when goal scorer Naoba Singh netted home the winning goal, to laugh all its way to the semi final. ESU player Arif Hussain and KLASA players Ronal, Sanatomba got a yellow card from referee Sh Suresh.
