SFC Tera race with 2-1 goals win over YDO

YDO Lamdong got the breakthrough from Laljahao in the 35th minute of play for the lead. However, all hell broke loose in the second half with SFC Tera was quite in desperate moods for the equaliser, ramming on anything that stood their way.

SFC Tera overcame YDO Kwakeithel Lamdong by 2-1 goals in 22nd S Birendra Singh Memorial Super Division Football League 2022 played at SKYC Ground, Awang Sekmai.

The match was a keenly contested game with aggression ruling the major parts of the second half as one of the YDO players N Olen Singh was sent off with a red card from double caution in the 55th minute by referee Sh Suresh Singh. Five SFC players and Coach Biondi also received yellow cards in the match.

YDO Lamdong got the breakthrough from Laljahao in the 35th minute of play for the lead. However, all hell broke loose in the second half with SFC Tera was quite in desperate moods for the equaliser, ramming on anything that stood their way.

However, they finally got the needed relief when N Sibash fetched the equaliser in the 80th minute to level 1-1 goals. The race for all important goals found multitudes of fouls being committed by both teams but SFC Tera managed to slide through with N Roshan getting the winning goal in the 90 plus minutes for the victory.

Five SFC players Boyboy, Md Azar, Khangemba, Ningphahman, Arshad and team coach Biondi were cautioned with yellow cards for unsporting behaviour while YDO players N Baite also got yellow cards.
