Poumai NTM edged out Anal LT by 2-1 goals in the 1st ANSAM Martyrs' Trophy Football Tournament 2022, organised by ANSAM in collaboration with NSUC and DSA Chandel and played at Mini Stadium Complex, Chandel on Friday.

Chinakho and Riverson scored a goal each for Poumai team while the lone goal for Anal LT was made by SR Kagaly from a penalty.

In the other matches, Tangkhul KS blanked Liangmai NKR by 4-0 goals while Lamkang KK beat Moyon TTBR by 4-1 goals and Monsang STS got the better of Chothe ANA by 6-5 goals during kicks from penalty marks after both team were locked with 1-1 goals each.
