Para athlete Khwairakpam Joykumar Singh was accorded a warm welcome in a reception ceremony at at office Spastic Society of Manipur Tapokpi Bazaar, Langthabal Kunja, Imphal West on Friday.

The ceremony was organised by the Spastic Society in continuation of the induction programme of Indus Tower Limited.
Joykymar is a visually impaired person and scholar of Indus Towers. He bagged one goal medal and one silver medal in Javelin throw and shot put respectively, during the National Junior and Sub-Junior Para Athletic Championship, 2023 held at Gujarat.
