SSU Singjamei rattles the moment with an early goal from M. Kabi Singh in the 8 minutes of play, which jostles the rank of the Neroca FC. While Neroca FC seems taking any chances in the early hour of the game, they parried on with flank attack but was unsuccessful in scoring the much needed equalizer in the first half.

However, the second half was a different story as Neroca FC pull up their sock and it was S.Thomas Singh who came up with the equaliser, much to the relief of his teammates. The goal was scored in the 59 minute to level 1-1 and share a point each, as no further goal came in the latter minutes.

SSU Singjamei players Sushilkumar, Shital, Roshan and Neroca FC players Th Naocha and A Rishan got a yellow card in the match.

In the second match, UKB Churchandpur beat MPSC Police HQ by 4-1 goals. The Manipur Police team is having a mixed fortune in the league as they have been outfoxed by lesser-known team in the league. UKB Churchandpur surprises the Policemen 32 minutes into the play when S. Thangoulen struck the opening goal for the lead in the first half.

Resuming the second half, UKB team continued to enjoy the upper hand as they make further leap with Nekmin John in the 70 minute and Lamthainlal in the 88 minutes fired home a goal each to make 3-0 goals.

In a late minute surge, Manipur Police player Ngamkhohen came up with his team first goal in the 89 minute but UKB Churchandpur landed another blow with John Kamsuanmang finding the fourth goal in the 90+3 minute for the deserving victory today.

UKB players Mangkholen, Lamthainlal and Manipur Police player L.Rishikanta got served with a yellow card each from referee N.Ibungo.
