Neroca FC drubbed Balananda Football Academy by 6-0 goals to collect full points in the Col Ksh Arunkumar Memorial 3rd Inter Club Futsal Tournament 2023-24 organised by AMFA at Artificial Turf, Lamlong Thongkhong.
Neroca FC, who had rather disappointing performances in the beginning of the tournament, seems to be gaining ground of late with a series of wins. Wednesday was no exception as they let their fury against Balananda, to revamp their lost touch.
Gangmei Langjonlung was merciless as he made rampaging moves to score four goals while Poireiton L and L. Sushil fetched one goal each for the sweet victory.
Poloi Football Club, Chingarel Tezpur overcame Juvenile Club, Tera by 5-4 goals.
Poloi FC took the limelight quite early in the match with Md Jayet and S Sajaan Khan fetching the leading goal. But the Juvenile Club forayed back with M Nelson and Kh Biken bringing up a fitting reply with a goal each to level 2-2 goals in first half play of 20th minute.
Poloi FC skipper Md Nawaz Sharif made the difference in the second half, scoring two goals while A Sonalish picked up one goal. Juvenile Club goalscorer M Nelson found another and N Sushil fetched one, but proved not enough today.
